Commercial discussions might take time and perhaps even 6 months, but they do not remain confidential for 6 months, its just rubbish thinking that this is the case and shows a level of commercial inexperience from your side.
LLL wants to dig some dirt and ship it to China. Allowed or not? If Allowed what tax do we pay? What share does the Junta want? Thats it......No need to have this confidential to the level that it is.. What it tells the market is that LLL management does not have a clue what is happening and I expect a major fall out with their Chinese JV partner (Similar to the AVZ mess) and they don't want to share it with you the owners, but hope they can resolve it under the umbrella of " we are in confidential discussions with the corrupt Junta" Yes right. The reason big money has not invested in LLL, only naive retail has.
