Understand your feelings but there are always anomalies. I don't know what they are but the BoD must have had very good reasons.
Looking on the bright side your holding is now going to be worth something going forward ; as TNG it would have been a writeoff.
Also you have had 20 years living in a beautiful country with a low cost of living.
Put the past behind and look forward to a rewarding 2024.
Finally ,not quite the same but say you had 1 million shares. Thats only 40,000 oppies and you will no doubt be able to pick them up cheaply.
p.s had a month in Patong in August and going to Koh Samui next April. Merry Xmas.
