I don't think this stock follows any predictable technical analysis pattern.

it just depends when the major shareholders stop dumping shares on market, which is unpredictable.

it did bottom out at .29 last time so I'm hoping it doesn't continue down to .2 but it doesn't look good at the moment. I reckon everyone has given up buying because it is in a continual downtrend.

in regards to the moat, isn't the moat the 2000+ prescribers they mention? and surely they will be planning to add VITs products to the DOD platform once fully integrated opening up the door to a huge new customer base.
