Just voted no
I felt that a major draw for AKE voters was meant to be a listing on the NYSE and improved valuation based on that. But in return we were meant to accept a lower merger ratio than would seem fair. Given all that’s happened in the markets since the merger announcement this incentive isn’t there anymore.
It may revert to US listed companies getting better valuations on market than their Aussi counter but this is another IF.
