Your question is confusing in three ways:

1. CP has no meaning unless both a cardiotoxic drug and an alleged cardioprotective drug are used. So every patient in both trials will use bisantrene AND anthracyclines.

2. BOTH of the trials will provide evidence on CPACS. It's just that the first trial is designed to provide more evidence on the CP aspect than on the ACS aspect. If we're lucky, the first trial will provide considerable evidence on both aspects.

3. Scientific experiments don't "prove" anything. They merely provide evidence which is PROBABLY consistent or inconsistent with a hypothesis, to varying degrees pf certainty.

It is more accurate to say experiments disprove certain hypothesis - in the case of our clinical trials it will be that Bisantrene is neither a cardioprotective nor anticancer drug. If we do this then people will believe that it is a cardioprotective anticancer drug.
