If you're saying that guy, who is obviously pretty well skint is well served by going all-in on TVN to support a life in a third world country, then you're either a liar or a fool. So which is it?
You can say it as much as you like but rebranding the company name doesn't make it a new company - it's the same hugely expensive unproven tech, in the same small cap. Though I guess abandoning one low grade unfeasible project for another makes for something new to put in the PR.
