Went to the website to buy a new product for my grandson. The product was out of stock.
understand that they have to get inventory at the right level, but doesn’t help when inventory levels are to low. Checked on many other items and find that TOY have way to many items that are not in stock.
Seached the item, and needed to go to an online competitor to purchase the toy.
Need to get the balance right of inventory, or you just won’t have a business if there is no stock.
On the positive side, TOY was the cheapest of all the online sellers. $3 cheaper on a $40 product than where l purchased the product. Just annoying that as a shareholder l have to go to another online seller.
