Word in the mining circles is that when the ICC hands down the verdict , AVZ will be forced by law to pay back Zijin the $30,000,000.00 USD in exchange for the 15% of the 13559 permit area.
So Zijin get their coin back and AVZ the their land back.
Payments to officials who will get to keep their payments for "official services".
This is the best case outcome.
A solution that is a win for AVZ, Zijin and the DRC.
