read the whole thing, the chairman as a proxy by default can vote as they wish unless advised by the holder, so if the doesn’t pick a proxy and doesn’t vote what happens then. For a dog turd of a stock with such a muppet of a director you seem to be very quick on any HC response to defend the company, hmmm good luck.
