Just got to hope they know what they are doing here. They had to offer shortfall to existing holders first, but they dont have underwrite on the shortfall. Makes me think they have some other new investors lined up to take these shares. They don’t have to announce it though, basically can place them as they see fit. Gives me more confidence they are going this route compared to a broker underwriting.
