For me, this is about a short term over supply, and it one of those things, where probability has to balance that supply. At 0.2c, we have seen moderate showers so far, and it depends on how many buyers step into that rain event at 0.2c, to umbrella the 0.1c orders. That is the free market. But if a 0.1c order is filled, lower probability, but higher rebound bet. When the rain is gone, the free market should re balance the pricing with a leverage outlook.
