Ooo this is sneaky. Drain the assets out of MCA into a trust, no doubt controlled by board members, lease those assets back to MCA. Raise capital from investors, sell that capital (assets) to other investors, leave MCA as a "cash cow" with diminishing revenue. I wonder what that will do to the share price?

Sure it may provide cash reserves for MCA, but current share holders will only have equity in biological stock (at high risk) and they don't even know what biological stock they actually have. It is much like buying a shipping container on storage wars and hoping there is something of value inside... you don't even own the shipping container.
