Ann: PTX-100 Ph1b results show excellent safety & efficacy in TCL, page-29

I've done a quick comparison of the swimmer plot results for today vs 10th July. Note, months are approximate only based on my reading of the graph.

121-010 2 additional months before 'Progressive disease'
121-011 5 additional months with 'Durable SD' and ongoing
121-016 0 additional months before 'Progressive disease' (not a great look on timing)
121-018 Says it is 'Durable SD' and ongoing, but no additional months on the swimmer plot bar (graphing error?)
121-020* New patient with 5 months and 'Ongoing'
121-019* 0 additional months before 'Progressive disease' (not a great look on timing)
121-025 New patient with 1 month and 'Ongoing'

A drop from 5 patients to 4 patients that are ongoing (including one new patient who is well within the period that we have already seen 8 patients ‘off study prior to end of C4 assessment’. The couple of other concerns are the 2 patients went ‘progressive disease’ with no additional months, and 121-018 is hopefully just a graphing issue who is ‘durable SD’ but has had no additional months on the graph.

Overall, I’m a bit disappointed in the efficacy results from July (safety is good news) and very disappointed in the share price. I purchased two more parcels today, and questioning myself this afternoon why I did that.
