as an HMC holder ( who currently own 20% of SIG - will end up with 3% of the merged entity ) i see it as beneficial to me and HMC.
HMC are very good managers and will add expertise to SIG to maximise their returns from this merger.
But i do not intend to invest in SIG directly.
