Firstly, the pilot plant seemed to have the singular aim of producing battery grade and once that was done, with no information on reprocessing or cost of % technical grade mind you, the thing was abandoned, so I'm not surprised they didn't learn anything about other flow circuits.

No we have a input flow circuit clearly under designed. I say that becasue it doesn't appear to be something simple like eeking out say 20% improvement it's being completely butchered in/out flows, belt material etc. I really hope someone has a second unit or upsized unit on order in parallel because if the butchering cant get it to nameplate then there will be further delays. Now we hear more equipment for critical paths etc.

All the while puna mining playing happy families on holder dollar.

It would seem the God isn't a God to me but a chemical engineer - be interesting to know whether it was incorrect flow rates passed onto the mechanical engineers or poor communication (or understanding) of the input material constituency to suppliers.

It'll eventually be done but at the expense of capital destruction.
