The Company advises that:
the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to a pending strategic partnership;
the trading halt is requested to commence pre-market open on Tuesday 12 December 2023;
it anticipates the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading
on Thursday, 14 December 2023, or the release of an announcement;
the event which the Company expects will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to
in paragraph 1 above;
the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted.
