I've actually mentioned this to SI at the AGM.
I've said that retail entitlement would take too long
Institutional placements, as has been done in the past would have been a better way to go, as it is quick.
But, I'm guessing there's pressure for SI/ Mesoblast to be seen to be offering the same entitlement to retail SHs.
The $97m CR is an overkill IMO.
$55m is plenty as a bridging amount.
But, I'm assuming 50% retail entitlement so, $76m is more than plenty
Hopefully, Mesoblast doesn't apply the Shortfall provision!
