The only confusion I have is from where did R22 get the idea that construction was to be completed by end of December 2023.
You have twisted the facts trying to imply the graphics are FY not CY...
Clearly they are CY !!!!
Look below the milestones achieved all relate to CY not FY...
Eg DFS & placement Q4 2021....
They were both done in Nov & Dec 2021 which is CY Q4 2021...
not FYQ4 2021 which is April-June 2021...
This clearly states construction complete by Q4 2023 ....
meaning Oct, Nov or Dec 2023...Construction is not complete....
The schedule changed.....
