Si decided against designing, recruiting, saving funds for the recommended adult trial.
Rolled the dice and failed.
And in the time it would've taken them to get the design and approval, they likely would've been ready to begin recruitment once stem cell transplants began again - those weren't put off for very long.
You keep making excuses. But at least this time you recognise the FDA asked for something that Si did not provide. That's a start.
