PRN only gets to count the DDH EBITA from the 6th of October. So only just under 3/4 of the 63-70 comes through. That's 48-52.5
Then you get $308M - $327.5M.
To me it's the same guidance with a narrower range because you would not expect both to hit either the top or the bottom of their range at the same time.
