thanks. im interested because of the differing opinions of this provision.
sojourner and others are saying its a risk there will be a shortfall and we will be left underfunded.
ddwn saying hes hoping they dont exercise the shortfall provision.
grainger and yourself saying it prevents takeover and saves costs.
so not having underwriting is a strategy? or nobody was willing? does that suggest they have full confidence in placing any shortfall to institutions. is it that they dont really need to raise all of it but are offering share holding the opportunity.
is it preferable to have larger proportion of retail holders.?
im thinking the confidence gained by achieving more funding for their programs outweighs the dilution in terms of the direction of share price.
