There are many fantastic products out there doing similar and better things. As far as listed public companies Live Person is well worth a look but that is just one of many. Some of the earlier ones date back to the early 2000’s with major breakthroughs in 2008. The other big breakthrough is the recent innovations in AI which has also enhanced the existing providers and open the door to new ones. Even Canva is moving quickly in this area with the use of AI.

Read a bit about Live Person, they are a big organisation but I don’t think their market cap reflects their true value. All in US dollars remember.
