Yes that makes perfect sense regarding a large company. A minor $$$ announcement it would be for Rio or BHP, or MIN etc. Then again I am not completely up with the intricacies of whether or not $$$ and the size of a Company dictates whether or not a reciprocal announcement would be required.
I was looking at Drumo’s post above, where he mentions recent plans for the Company. Two related to ‘stategic partnerships’, those being overseas. This to me seems a bigger possibility. Then again, everything at the moment is no more to us than mere speculation. Interesting though.
