Scoping study falls under exploration activities in an income statement, so I assume they meant finalising the studies.

What I don't understand is why doesn't SW tell the government if they don't give them an exploration licence for Chim Van, they won't have enough feed for the refinery, which would put the downstream project into jeopardy (which is true). Therefore, they may consider moving the Pcam plant to a location, where they have access to more feedstock and IRA compliant as well e.g. Manitoba. SW it is time to be ballsy for once mate.
