Interesting to watch. The stock is so illiquid it's difficult to see recent buying as having an impact on voting outcome.
Remember, there is a large options wall at 24 cents as well. So directors might sell a lot at any price above 24 cents. From memory options expiry was April 24 but I could be wrong. May be less likely to see a sustained move above 24 cents while those options exist, and without material improvement in performance....ie to not losing money.
