I am not posting to change them. I am posting so the majority on here can have some balanced information from someone who can provide valid information and insight the likes and lightbulbs validate this is the case. Things dont always go to plan in any business and the bigger the business the harder it is. Things will progress not always as we want or need personally but decisions are made in the best intrest of the company which in turn is shareholders.
