imo what they doo need to add in, if the haven't, are immigration staff to monitor businesses and visa holders to ensure they are working according to their approval and not be funnelled off to be abused or held captive by their sponsors.
so many problems associated with the Lib visa rules that we can see just how dodgy the Libs were at managing this important department.
