There was no "relationship" with IBM. Mo filled out a form asking to be allowed to use their free System Development Software kit and it was accepted. As soon as it was announced, posters here hyped it into " Mo is in a partnership with with IBM" and "Mo has developed a quantum chip in his back shed and is just wait for the AGM to announce it". Similar to when they hired a booth in a shared office complex in IT development in Germany. Suddenly they it was "a new cooperative European partnership", all hype of which Mo didn't do anything to dispel. But he did take advantage to do a cap raise. Then there was a series of announcements that AXE was preparing to apply for a patent, but not that a patent had been granted. It stopped after the ASX issued warnings shortly after about frequent misleading announcements to try and boost the share price of stocks.
