The Geneva Convention is about International Humanitarian Laws which regulates conduct of Armed conflicts.

It does NOT have International Law on the Occupation of a state. Check out the Fourth Hague Convention of 18 August 1907 (H.IV).

Are you sure you know International Laws?

The Geneva Convention stipulates the rights and obligations of the occupying powers - especially in relation to their duties to comply with Human Rights laws for the people who are occupied.

When has Gaza ever have its own sovereignty?

Can it fly and land planes within its territory without Israeli permission?

Can an Egyptian plane land in Gaza?

Can Gazan go fishing within its own UNLOS without being shot at by the Israeli forces?

Can Gazan drill for oil and gas offshore within its UNLOS?

Can a foreign ship land in Gaza without Israeli permission? Lol

Go ask the Mavi Marmara - a civilian ship which tried to deliver aid to Gaza, and was forced by IDF commandos to stop and then diverted to an Israeli port.

10 civilian died and 12 were injured.

Now, what right did Israel have to board a civilian ship that was bound for Gaza, if Gaza was NOT under Israeli occupation???
