What do you see as the true Value of the buried REE? at todays sales price and Lynas's cost it is near ZERO. In early 2022 it was 10S of billions. Do you realy want something like that on the books changing the value of the company substantially ever 6 months. Also buried resources are very hard to evaluate. The oil companies always evaluated high. That is why the rules were changed. You may think people following GAP is "mindless" because you do not like book value and that is OK. Just remember most people do use it and if your going to make money you have to understand how Lynas SP evaluations change for other people.

I totally missed the green runup in Lynas SP. I stubbornly held to standards and failed to properly take in how high emotion could push a stock. What is even more upsetting to me is I have done this before. I will try to remember the next time. Since April 2022 Lynas stock has fallen almost 50%, Au $5.80 will be 50%. Have you taken time to figure out what you missed in the last 18 months? People that do not analyze their success and failures will not improve. If you want to reply I will read and consider what you say. Unlikely to reply unless it is very misleading to others. We can wait till March a few weeks after Q1 and SAR reports to see what happens. My guess is still < $5.50 which is what my guess has been since AL told us about the shutdown. Before that it was < $6.00. Many on this board think they will cover the problem with inventory Verry unlikely, Here is a chart of Finished goods inventory that I keep for myself. Considering it is on the books at either COP or sales price, whichever is lower, selling even half of finished goods in one half will have very little impact. JMO 10 M to revenue and < 1 M to profits. Every little bit helps but let's be realistic about how much.

Note the high finished goods in 2019, 2020, 2022 2023 AR. This is a sign of cramming for end of year beyond what can be sold. 2021 was only year this did not happen and that was shipping problems. Rember Lynas uses FOB Customer dock so anything still on the boat is in finished goods.

Welcome back. I see Red ink and big falls so If I held I would feel some urgency. Glad to see you sold all your holdings. You will be rewarded in the future. Did my charts on REE prices and Cash help with this at all?
Historically COP has had little impact for last 27 years. Why is COP 28 more important this time? It is just a toothless tiger roaring like it has always been. If you disagree point out a few things in past the COP has influenced in a major way.
It is obvious from your replies you are searching for good news. I wish you the best of luck with your investment Future. I hate to see anyone lose money and because of this the reply is serious.
