Relisting is subject to the ASX and it isn't as straight forward as you may think. There are a huge amounts of moving parts associated with the process that take time and need to be carefully thought out and planned. Completing the transaction is the first thing then you must apply to the exchange to be able to relist. There is no need to "bust" the company though and this is something I am very against happening as the largest shareholder with the most to lose from that idea.
