Not sure why the market has all of a sudden thrown some liquidity....maybe Hartleys putting out some cheaper shares for their clients to snap up since it's not a conventional capital raise?....TOR has been trading relatively quiet, low volumes between 22c-24c
Sure a bit more shares but its only another 4.2m added to the 131m so barely anything and TOR gets about $1m cash added which is decent and it's at a premium now to the 21c available on market.
They've effectively done a capital raise without doing a raise and it's at a price of 25c....I can't see what the market is spooked about to sell down to 21c?
