I find it interesting that while the FDA is acknowledging it needs reform, and even engaged in it currently,
your entire focus is on Silviu Itescu.
Not EVER on what the FDA has got wrong.
There is a lot of case law to show that it's got things wrong in the past. Badly wrong.
So if it's being subject to review and admissions made, then...
Why would the mistakes/deficiencies/incompetence/conflicts of interest of the FDA not ever be your focus?
Your assumptions are all wrong my friend but I guess when you're paid to take a certain view, then that outcome is sure to be consistent.
