"progressing execution if the development activities under the license and development agreement with FujiFilm Irvine Scientific with a continuous active pursuit of a subsequent supply agreement;"
12 Dec
"we are continuing to work closely with Fuji to progress to a supply agreement. i can't give you a definite timing on that so it's really "watch this space""
If it is considered unlikely or has fallen through then an update to the market is warranted IMO...
