Just some initial interesting notes (would have to relisten):
- Very confident of VA pilot in new year
- Very confident of extended DOD arrangement
- Teaming Agreement expected with Philips this calendar year (within next 2 weeks) and Reseller Agreement early next year
- Multiple announcements regarding Philips expected
- Radiology clinic agreements in Memphis and Detroit recently are expected to be the "first of many" and he is confident of more to come (must mean they are in discussions presently with multiple clinics)!!
- PACT ACT appropriation bill for this year - expecting further language included in the bill supporting XV technology adoption by VA
- we are the company now best positioned to offer lung cancer screening in Australia and USA - think lung screening program starting mid 2025 (assume they are looking at that).
- The majority of Imbio revenue is contracted via "sticky recurring contracts" - sound like PME a little?
- 4DX definitely have near term plans to grow XV tech via Imbio distribution networks
- RSNA next year - Imbio expected to join 4DX there at no real incremental cost to us but every opportunity to grow revenue
- March 2024 quarter revenue should be scaling up
- Given only now that they are happy with marketing and sales initiatives with I-MED, we expect to resume and start ramping up I-MED site implementations next year (couldn't catch the number he mentioned as target for next year but it was over 100).
