Management need to get on the front foot here and explain the deal.
I've been involved in a lot of deals over my career but this one, I cannot value.
It is so confusing, so complex in all of its moving parts.
And so, the market, naturally, is selling it off because "you do not own what you cannot understand".
How on earth is the market supposed to ascribe a value to a company that announces two interlocked anns in the space of two days, whereby the sum of the moving parts cannot be understood.
Well done management. You just failed Investor Comms 101.
Now get out there and explain the rational and the potential value FFS!
