"Jitto Arulampalam, Tino Vescovi and Nicholas Yeoh have tendered their resignations as Directors effective immediately, citing serious concerns regarding corporate governance."
I still don't think the appointment of directors would make any difference. The 'serious concerns' are being investigated by ASX and I believe the three ex-directors would've submitted the evidence to prove non-compliance.
Not looking good at all as it's been a week since the new director appointments.
