The 80,000m Rdn did not pay for, it was historical.
Rdn has had Mt scholl for less than 3 years.
They did ONE drill campaign and most was twinned drilling to validate historical results.
They have done bugger all there.
Based on what needs to be spent on lithium drilling, it is a very good idea to have another carry risk and financial burden on the nickel.
I'd rather this than they chew out there money, half way on lithium, then need cash to carry on or even get to Mt scholl.
8 years is a time frame, if nickel is needed, there is nothing to say the jv partner does it in 2 or 3 years.
I'd rather 30% of an operating mine, than nothing.
The spend the jv partner needs to do is considerable if we put that in metres.
The markets will get it, maybe not today, but they will.
