I've seen similar cases many times. Most didn't end well. Some companies set up manufacturing facilities overseas. Big question mark for the financials when ASX started an investigation.
Yanbin resigned after 3 directors citing "serious concerns" regarding compliance. Rembember Yanbin was not voted out.
