Caution: You have to be very careful how you treat any Info coming out of IXR, they are masters of Spin !
eg In their EISA they totally avoid the issue of what happens to the "Radionuclides" currently locked up in their clays, simply saying that "Impurities" will be stored in a dedicated waste containment". They then go on to say :
What a load of Tosh ! what do they propose to do with the "dedicated waste" ?
So, Question, What does that overall "Average" really mean ? is it purely numerical or has it been weighted ? Considering that over 50% of their product is La, Ce, Nd and Pr all with recoveries of 33% or lower ! (FYI numerical Average 40.5%, but the Weighted average is only 35.45%)
