I was just talking out my backside as I've never heard it called Outer Mongolia, just Mongolia. Renaming it to Outer Mongolia makes it sound more like a province of China. I learned from wiki: "Outer Mongolia[a] was the name of a territory in the Manchu-led Qing dynasty of China from 1691 to 1911. It corresponds to the modern-day independent state of Mongolia and the Russian republic of Tuva."
Most people in 2023 just call it Mongolia, because that's its name.
On a serious note, I'm happy with the size of my TMK holding (post scheme) and will forget it in the bottom drawer.
