    Raising money , trading halt just two weeks later, and than go into receivership.PAN received from " Eligible Shareholders " under the SPP, raising a total of $5,922,445.50 ASX ANNOUNCEMENT7 September 2023 . Who bought these shares ?
    Two months later the Appointment of Voluntary Administrator. The ATO will cover the losses of investors more or less but the company must be looked at by ASIC for sure.
