Their decision making has been pretty good (not perfect) since the initial JV with Cronimet. Happy to make comparisons with any other tungsten management team.
It's my speculation regarding a consolidation and it makes sense on 2 grounds. 1. It's admin issue (so low cost) & 2. Having a share price that's say 60c rather than 6c provides a little more market credibility for the instos. They don't like buying penny dreadfuls.
