I don't believe ASX has the capabilities to track specific parcels of shares. eg. if a current TPD holder sells his shares to me, which adds to my existing STX shares, and I sell some of my shares, there is no way known that ASX would know whether the shares I sell is deferred settlement or not. As far as I know, deferred settlement applies to the entire class of shares. Since STX only has one class of share, I believe all STX shares will be on a deferred settlement.
