If you can imagine all the medical imaging (radiography, CT, xray, ultrasound screen shots) now in digital being able to be analysed / processed at any location connected to broadband
I really don't get it. You can already do this. Centralised servers, just pass back the screen display. Screen resolution does not have to be anywhere near as high as print resolution to get the same quality.
