You need to read all the posts to see who made that comment.

Last year SA signed 33 partnerships and acquisitions, 18 R&D partnerships, licensing deals. So it is plausible that their stake may be a blocking.

But assuming the majority view that SA are the real deal. I am concerned that SA has no set minimum purchase for each year of the agreement.
