If they liked Hadrian and thought it was going to work they would buy fbr outright. It's that simple. 100 million is small change to a 4 billion dollar company, and the big players don't mess about. It's also worth paying attention to when bkw bought most of their shares- a couple of years ago during the greatest inflation price rise in building products in memory. They may have looked at fbr and thought that if inflation stays like this then this may work from a financial perspective. But inflation has all but moderated, and bkw haven't bought any more.

Still, bkw being on the register can only be a positive. They know what they are doing. In a month's time fbr may announce a binding agreement and troopy and myself will be proven wrong. Who knows. If it is another mou then I don't think the market will like it. This is a cash intensive business, the US will be expensive for fbr. I think it is entering a phase that will determine it's survival.

You are all very passionate holders. I hope it works out for you. (even bdawg who has brain damage).
