I don’t see operating profit keeping up with cost
I see a changing regulatory and social environment that current management don’t seem equipped to deal with
I see the Sydney property on life support - that was once the jewel in the crown
I see fines coming
I see unsettled class actions
I see no settlement between multiplex and the star
I sense further slippage on queens wharf
i don’t believer queens wharf would have survived the fid in current climate…
