It's very simple, all the big groups that voted no, have changed to a yes.
All of them.
Retail can vote No if they so choose, but the 17% is down to retail only.
If you aren't convinced, call up the TMT advisors.
If you don't know who they are, look at who brokered the last CR - it's them.
They are happy to talk.
The information is out there for anyone if they make a bit of an effort.
