wish to make on the significance of the 23.6% Fib level

at the 1.20 area, it appears to have been a pretty strong

barrier previously as this will be the 5th attempt to scale the
heights. Should the markets turn negative and this area turns out to be a swing low are we looking at the collapse of a head and shoulders?
